Volunteer Opportunities for LNH Alumni
The LNH Alumni Association Community Projects Committee serves as a resource for volunteer opportunities which LNH sponsor organizations and non-profts are hosting right in your community. Below you will find several opportunities for you to serve, donate and/or participate in this year.
Event: NAM’s Meals on Wheels
Date: Monthly
Location: Northwest Assistance Ministries, 1555 Kuykendahl Road, Houston, TX 77090 or Windwood Presbyterian Church, 10555 Spring Cypress Road, Houston, TX 77070
Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Notes: Volunteer drivers are needed to deliver hot meals to homebound seniors and individuals who are homebound due to illness or disability.
All new volunteers must attend a one-time orientation held the first Wednesday or Thursday of each month from 10-11:30 a.m. Check www.namonline.org prior to attending to confirm orientation schedule.
